Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the "Jigsaw Kingdom: Block Puzzle" mobile application (the "App") operated by Sype Apps ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use the App.
2. License to Use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the App on your mobile device for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
The App and all its original content, features, gameplay mechanics, and visual assets are and will remain the exclusive property of us and our licensors. The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
4. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
The App may offer certain features, levels, or virtual currency for purchase using real money ("In-App Purchases"). All In-App Purchases are processed and managed by the applicable app store provider (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions. We do not process payments or have access to your credit card information.
Except when required by law, all In-App Purchases are final and non-refundable. We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or items at any time, with or without notice.
5. Third-Party Services and Diagnostics
After you accept the Privacy Policy and these Terms, the App may use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring, services provided by Google, to collect crash and performance diagnostics so that we can maintain and improve the App. The information and controls for these services are described in the Privacy Policy. Google's use of data is governed by its policies, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the App's operation, accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not guarantee that the App will be free of errors, bugs, or interruptions.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
