This Privacy Policy applies to the "Jigsaw Kingdom: Block Puzzle" mobile application (the "App"), created and operated by Sype Apps ("we," "us," or "our").Â
By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
1. Information Collection and Use
We do not require you to create an account, nor do we collect personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or phone number) on our own servers. The App operates primarily on your device, and game progress is stored locally on your device.
After you accept these documents, the App may use Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring, services provided by Google, to help us identify crashes, application errors, and performance problems. These services may process technical diagnostic information such as crash stack traces, app version, device model, operating system version, app state, performance timing and lifecycle data, and network request URL paths without URL parameters. We do not send your local profile identifier, game progress, achievements, coin balance, name, email address, or other direct identifiers to these Firebase services.
2. Third-Party Services and Diagnostics
Firebase Crashlytics and Firebase Performance Monitoring are activated only after acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use. They are used only for reliability and performance diagnostics, not advertising or profiling. Google may process service-related technical information as described in its own policies. You can stop future Firebase diagnostic and performance collection by using the App's Clear Data action, which also removes your local game data and returns the App to its consent screen.
3. In-App Progress and Local Storage
Your game progress, achievements, virtual currency (coins), and settings are saved locally on your device. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, this local progress may be permanently lost. We do not have access to this local data.
4. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly request personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your country). If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we can address the request.
5. Security
We value your trust in using our App. However, please be aware that no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
6. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. Changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
