Terms and Conditions
We will be taking 4–6 weeks for the delivery process. It might take longer due to the workload.
We offer two payment policies to book a program:
30% advance and the rest 70% on the day of the event
50% in advance and the rest 50% on the day of the event.
The clients must collect all their photos and videos within 90 days from the program date. We will be providing storage backup service for 90 days only. We will not be responsible for any losses after this.
If the event time is extended more than 30 minutes then an extra charge will be added.
Printed copy can be provided if client wants (Extra payment is required).
Depending on the destination, extra charges will be applied for events outside of Dhaka city.
Clients who are not willing to have their media files uploaded to our social media platforms are requested to let us know during the booking period.
After delivering the final media files we accept any feedback about the work within 7 days, later on, no complaints will be accepted.
