I am a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Biostatistics at the Yale School of Public Health, mentored by Prof. Hongyu Zhao and Prof. Rui Chang. I obtained my PhD degree from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology supervised by Prof. Can Yang.
My broad area of interest lies in statistical learning and deep learning with their applications in genomics and genetics data. I have been working on statistical and deep learning methods for integrative analysis of large-scale single-cell and spatial omics datasets, as well as statistical approaches for causal inference in genetics.
