Jiayi Hou

Welcome

I am Jiayi Hou (侯嘉奕), a Post-doctoral Fellow at the Faculty of Business and Economics at the University of Hong Kong. I’m also affliated with HKU Centre for AI, Management and Organization. I received my PhD in Economics from Guanghua School of Management, Peking University in 2025.

My research interests are in digital economy, organizational economics and development economics.
