I am now a final-year PhD candidate in Centre for Robotics Research, King's College London, London. I work on transparent object perception and manipulation with visual and tactile sensing, under the supervision of Dr. Shan Luo and Prof. Toktam Mahmoodi from King's College London and Dr. Thanh-Toan Do from Monash University. This work aims to build an autonomous robotic system with the ability to manipulate transparent objects for different robotic applications, such as laboratory automation, assistive robots, and waste recycling. My research interests are broadly in robotics and tactile sensing, such as robot vision, manipulation and sensor manufacturing.
Before coming to King's College London, I got my bachelor's degree and master's degree from Beijing Institute of Technology under the supervision of Prof. Jianan Wang in 2016 and 2019, respectively.
