You have a copy of the music printed or on a tablet that you will bring with you. (Trying to save trees here!
Optional Items to Bring:
Water bottle
Black three-ring notebook OR tablet with pdfs of scores. We will have printed music and notebooks available for anyone who needs them.
Casual Dress Code Suggestion (NOT mandatory)
Bright top or JIA/faith community shirt
JIA Choir Schedule
5:15pm Singers arrive through main sanctuary doors on south side of building, pick up music and proceed to the choir loft in front of sanctuary. The area is accessible via stairs in the middle or ramps on either side. Chairs will be available on the main level of the chancel for those who prefer not to do stairs.
5:30pm Rehearsal begins.
6:00pm Rehearsal winds down and doors open for all attendees. Singers who are staying for the Nehemiah Assembly should turn in an "attendance" ticket and stake out a seat in their faith community's section.
6:25pm Singers return to choir seats.
6:30pm Choir performs two songs.
6:35pm Choir concludes and singers quietly exit the loft to sit with their faith community or leave the building. Music and borrowed folders need to be turned in before exiting for the night.
