VINCENT DO

Early Academic Outreach Program (EAOP)

Center for Science, Education and Outreach

My name is Vincent Do and I am the Early Academic Outreach Program Coordinator from UCSF! I'm born and raised in San Francisco. For college, I went to Denison University located in Ohio, where I graduated with a degree in Sociology/Anthropology. At Jefferson I am located in the College and Career room, where I would be supporting students either with the college process or advising them on steps in preparing for it. Being a child of two immigrants, I understand the many obstacles that first-generation college students face. Knowing that every student is different, I love having conversations with students so I can not only get to know them better but also tailor my support to what works best for them. Outside of work I love to try new food, cook, and walk my dogs. Looking forward to our future conversations! :)

I’m from Los Angeles County, specifically the San Fernando Valley. I recently from the University of San Francisco with a B.A in Sociology with a double-minor in Latin American Studies and Public Service & Community Engagement.

I’ve had a wonderful first year at Jefferson, and I look forward to continuing to support the Jefferson student body.
