I am looking to simplify the app's home screen. The current home screen has too much information and doesn't show employees' true need, which is their schedule and other related features hidden within the app. This is something I found confusing. I want to make this app as simple and easy to use as possible. However, I do want the app to look appealing and contemporary

Dark themes have been found to be easier on the eye. Light accent on pop-up messages & menus for contrast
