The first project is based on a local Mexican restaurant here from Vegas
I began working on this design as a project for my UX Design course from Google
The project has an app and web design
This is the semi-low, semi-high fidelity mockup of the restaurant's app
The app & web design would be guided by this mockup
The outline of the app's design
Version 1 of Hi-Fi Mockup of the app's design
Project advancement to the 4th version, a dark theme homescreen was added to show the app's capability to switch to a dark mode. This version also has refinements made to the buttons, the text boxes, icons & added/adjusted the colors of the app's design & changed the hamburger menu screen to an overlaying smaller pop-up menu
Version 5 - This iteration is the latest & closest to what I had in mind for the restaurant's app design
The restaurant being a Mexican food restaurant, I added colors related to the Mexican flag as well as the restaurant's own colors. Most restaurant apps typically only have a white or black background color, I went with a light green and a darker green for the dark theme of the app. The colors selected for the background also didn't seem to bother people's eyes while using the app (mockup) adding uniqueness to the app
The overall design & position of the buttons, icons & every item within the app was meant to be self-explanatory & by it making the app easy to use by any type of customer
Web design - This iteration of the restaurant's website is meant to assimilate to the app's design language
*assimilates the app's Hi-Fi mockup v1 design, working on updating the website design
Example of how the individual menu selections would look like in the website
*assimilates app's Hi-Fi mockup v1 design
An example of an order completion
*assimilates app's Hi-Fi mockup v1 design
This would be an example of the mobile website's design
*Blurry image, mobile homepage was a little long, will be updated soon
