I am a core-member of the LinkEED 2.0 core team at the OECD. I co-lead two workstreams: job mobility, reallocation and worker careers, and the labour market effects of AI.
LinkEED 2.0 uses linked employer-employee data from across OECD countries to study how policies and institutions shape labour market outcomes and inclusive growth. Because these administrative data are confidential, the project relies on a network of researchers with access to their national data, who produce harmonised estimates for cross-country comparison. The network brings together close to 50 researchers from around 20 OECD countries. Its work is organised in thematic workstreams, each led by a core team of OECD staff and external network members.
