I am a Labour Economist and Policy Analyst specialising in social policy and labour market analysis in the Jobs and Income Division of the OECD Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs. My work involves conducting analytical and policy-oriented research on diverse labour market issues. Additionally, I am a core team member of the LinkEED2 network and co-lead its workstream on job mobility, reallocation, and worker careers.
I hold a PhD in Labour Economics from the University of Aarhus, Denmark. My dissertation explored behavioural and dynamic aspects of job search, using novel administrative data on individual job applications. It specifically examined how differences in job search behaviour contribute to gender gaps in labour market outcomes, providing new insights into the relationship between job search dynamics and labour market inequalities.
