Jonas Fluchtmann | OECD Labour Economist 

I am a Labour Economist and Policy Analyst specialising in social policy and labour market analysis in the Jobs and Income Division of the OECD Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs. My work involves conducting analytical and policy-oriented research on diverse labour market issues. Additionally, I am a core team member of the LinkEED2 network and co-lead its workstream on job mobility, reallocation, and worker careers as well as the one the labour market effects of AI. I am also an IZA@LISER research fellow. I hold a PhD in Labour Economics from the University of Aarhus, Denmark.
