The Commitment (Refund Policy)
Pre-Orders: Once a $20 deposit is made, it is non-refundable. This deposit secures your specific size and color from the limited run of 24. If you change your mind before the run is finished, the deposit is forfeited to cover the administrative and holding costs of that unit.
Vault Breaks ($200): Because these are 1-of-1 bespoke productions made specifically for you, they are 100% non-refundable once production begins.
Unclaimed Items
Items must be collected within 14 days of the "Arrival Notification."
If an item is not collected or the remaining balance is not paid within this window, the unit will be "Released to the Waitlist," and the deposit will be forfeited.
