Principal Repayment: $669.98 (principal is recovered after only 8 units sold)
Investor Profit: $167.49 (Paid upon completion of the run)

The "Rolling Patron" Clause
To ensure brand momentum, an investor has the Right of First Refusal to fund the subsequent design.
Upon the successful payout of a run, the Patron may immediately reinvest the principal into a new design at the same 25% ROI tier.
This secures the Patron a consistent, high-yield rotation and ensures the brand stays current with fresh drops.
Business Strategy
The "Vault" Model: Only 24 shirts are printed per design. Once sold, the design is "vaulted" for 12 months.
This drives rapid "Day 1" sales and social media urgency.
Special Requests: We offer a $200.00 (BBD) "Vault Opening" service for 1-of-1 custom prints of retired designs.
Distribution: Strategic Retail: Placement in high-traffic surf and luxury boutiques.
Direct-to-Consumer: Sales fueled by Instagram and local influencer

Question: What if my circumstances change during a run?
Answer: "We offer a Secondary Market Transfer option. If a Patron needs to exit a run early, we facilitate a slot takeover through our Priority Waitlist. Detailed terms regarding exit fees and transfer timelines are available in our Investor Prospectus (PDF)."
