About Jewish Women Talk About Midlife

Midlife. There's lots to laugh about, and lots to figure out.   There are so many opportunities and possibilities at this stage. My goal is help women like you be excited about living life to the fullest. Let’s have fun! 

For a long time, I've been coaching people in areas such as dating and life in general. It's been humbling and wonderful to be part of people's transformations. More recently, I’m coaching more women (and myself 🙂) about midlife and all the changes that come at this point of life. 

That's why I created Jewish Women Talk About Midlife and I'm very excited about it.  I'm inviting experts to talk about the many topics that are relevant to us in this stage (look out for announcements of upcoming events, and for the recordings of past events).  I also made a private Facebook Group. It's our place for laughing, kvetching, supporting, inspiring, and learning with and from each other in this exciting stage of midlife.
