SWEDISH
Sometimes referred to as a relaxation massage, this is what generally comes to mind when we think of a typical table treatment. Ideal for folks with minor aches and pains and those seeking stress relief with gentler pressure.
DEEP TISSUE
For clients looking to unlock referred pain caused by trigger points/ “knots”. Additional pressure allows for deeper access to muscles and connective tissue otherwise left (relatively) untreated in a gentler treatment.

THAI
A holistic, full-body treatment that combines assisted stretching, compression and accupressure to improve flexibility, relieve muscle tension and promote relaxation. Performed fully clothed on a comfortable floor mat.

THERAPEUTIC CHAIR MASSAGE
Also known as seated massage, this is a treatment applied to a fully clothed client sitting in a specialized chair. Treatments span for a briefer duration between 10-20 minutes. Attention is mainly directed to the upper body as that is what is accessible: head, neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands. Chair is a wonderful and convenient way to bring massage to a business or event.
