April 2017 - Present

Working at Goodfella's for the past 5 years has left me with many skills I will continue to use in my everyday work life. I have had the opportunity to work as both a waitress and hostess manager. Working in this fast paced environment has taught me that communication is key not only with your coworkers, but with the customers as well. I have learned how to handle customer complaints and guarantee overall customer satisfaction. I have also been able to have a position to train new employees and create employee schedules.
