I am an Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Business Economics, Aarhus University. I am currently the teaching coordinator for Msc. Business Intelligence and statistics courses at HA/Bsc.

My primary research interest lies in data analytics, with a particular focus on enhancing researchers’ understanding and use of statistics. While my main emphasis is on addressing applied statistical challenges within the realm of management research, I also contribute my expertise as a statistician and data scientist to empirical studies spanning corporate finance, social epidemiology, and public administration.

I have published in top field journals such as Organizational Research Methods, Journal of International Business Studies, the Leadership Quarterly, Public Administration Review, Journal of Corporate Finance, British Journal of Management, and Strategic Organization.

I serve as an Associate Editor and Method Reviewer for the Leadership Quarterly.
