We will aim to write back within two weeks and let you know whether you can attend.
Unfortunately we do have a limit on the number of people for the conference. Also the conference dinner is restricted in number, and is therefore by invitation only.
The event is for active researchers (faculty, postdocs and PhD students only) in the string theory/gravity area.
If you have registered and your plans change so you can no longer make it, please let us know as soon as possible so that others may attend.
There is no conference fee for registered participants. However we do not anticipate being able to contribute to travel or accommodation costs, and participants are responsible for arranging these themselves.
