I am 18 years old, born in July of 1999. I fell in love with Photography living on a small, inland lake in Michigan, USA. I would sit in the back of our boat in the summer and take pictures of my friends Tubing, Skiing, etc. After spending months trying to decide where I wanted to go and what I wanted to do after High School, I chose to go to school for Photography. As of May 3, 2018 I will be halfway through the Associates of Arts Program at Jackson College.

I love art, but I am not a good painter or drawer. I am pretty good behind a camera, though. I am still learning, and I am not perfect, but I get better with each picture that I take. I just want to share the beauty of the world with as many people as I can, and I want to do it from behind my lens.

About my Logo:
About my Logo:
When I was a kid I always liked the way that companies combined their names or initials into their Emblems and Logos, so I decided to try to turn my initials (J. A. C.) into a cool symbol, the result was what is pictured above. I used to write (yes, as in hand write) that symbol on all of my artworks as a kid. Then, after I created my Facebook Page almost a year ago, I decided to recreate it on the computer using Microsoft Paint.

I do have various versions of my logo in different colors (See my "Graphics" section), but this is my favorite one. I created different versions for different Holiday's as well, specifically Thanksgiving and Christmas, but I hope to add more as time goes on. The original one can be used for any US-centered Holiday (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Veterans Day, Labor Day, etc.).

Spider-man was my favorite superhero, and Red and Blue have always been my favorite colors, so it only seemed fitting to use those colors in my Logo and in my website. The only problem that came in was where to use which color. I went with Red and Blue as the main colors with White as the highlight for my main logo, and then I reversed that for the expanded logo (originally it was my Cover Photo on Facebook).

Most of the pictures I post are taken using the Motorola Moto z2 Force Standard Camerea or the Kodak PixPro Astro Zoom (AZ651) with 65x Optical Zoom. I also have a Nikon D5000 which I will start using as soon as I read the manual...

Update, Sept. 2019: I now have retired my Kodak (DSLR-Imitation) and use my Nikon (DSLR) for all hired projects. I Use a Sony HandyCam 4K for videotaping. For quick pics I use my Samsung Galaxy S10+.
