Outside of my work in public education, I’m guided by my Catholic faith and grounded by my family, who remain my greatest inspiration and achievement. I have a strong passion for leadership development, enjoy good coffee, and am continually motivated by the pursuit of excellence and personal growth.
My wife also serves as a superintendent in a neighboring district. Together, we are proud parents of three children — a daughter who is a senior at the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire, a son who is a sophomore at Grand Canyon University, and a daughter who is a freshman at Dover-Eyota High School.
Outside of school, I enjoy following Minnesota Vikings football, Duke basketball, Notre Dame football, and the Minnesota Timberwolves. I also enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, fishing, and relaxing around a bonfire. I love a good movie or TV series, traveling, and reading whenever possible.
