“Your most recent e-mail to Ms. Brunin references C.R.S. § 24-72-305(7) as providing a right to a hearing at the earliest possible time on your claim of violation of due process. The statute you cite concerns access to criminal justice records and only provides for a hearing when a request for access to criminal justice records has been denied. There has been no request for any criminal justice records, nor does it appear that any criminal justice records are relevant to any of the concerns you have expressed. Therefore, there is no basis for a hearing.”
