Since September 2020, I am an associate professor (maître de conférences) in control engineeging with the Université de Lorraine at the CRAN in Nancy (France).
My research interests are the following: Input redundancy, control allocation, input constraints, geometric control theory, constrained optimisation, power converters.

[04/2026] I am currently visiting Hiroshima University (Japan) for a research collaboration with Y. Kawano and a workshop invitation.
[04/2026] Our conference paper "Velocity Tracking for Autonomous Railway-based Urbanloop Pods by Contraction" has been accepted for the next IFAC World Congress. This is a joint work with W. Wang, P. Lorenzetti, R. Postoyan, L. Licitra and G. Lefebvre.
[02/2026] Valessa received an award for her outstanding PhD work.
[01/2026] I am currently recruiting a PhD student on control allocation and passivity-based control for DC microgrids (ANR JCJC CASIMIR project).
[12/2025] I attended the IEEE Conference on Decision and Control (CDC) in Rio (Brazil), where I presented our recent results on switched input redundancy.
[10/2025] Our journal paper "Adaptive input redundancy of polynomial parameter-dependent systems" has been accepted in IEEE Transaction on Automatic Control. This is a joint work with V. Viana Valentim and M. Jungers.
[07/2025] Our ANR JCJC project CASIMIR (control allocation with passivity for DC Microgrids) has been accepted.
[06/2025] I attended the European Control Conference (ECC) in Thessaloniki (Greece), where I presented our recent results on input redundancy for large-scale systems.
