Mystery Monster Math

This activity is always a class favorite! Students stay actively engaged from start to finish—and they keep asking for more. So of course… Mystery Monster Math was born!

In this activity, students solve a variety of math problems. Each answer tells them how many monster parts to draw, turning math practice into a fun and creative challenge. To keep things fresh and exciting, each version includes different monster features—not just arms, legs, eyes, and spots!

As students work, they build important skills like fine motor control through cutting and gluing, careful listening and direction-following, and creativity as they design their own unique monster while staying within the guidelines.
