Why might I consider counseling for a loved one or myself?
Many people today feel overwhelmed and long for peace, hope, and genuine connection. Life can feel isolating, but no one is meant to walk through it alone. At our core, we all want to feel seen, heard, understood, and to receive genuine care.
People reach out when life feels heavy—depression, anxiety, loneliness, anger, grief, parenting struggles, or challenges at work and in relationships. Healing happens through connection, and therapy offers a safe, supportive space to explore challenges, build healthier coping strategies, and align your life with your values and goals.
Life can feel hard—but it can also be a time of growth and change. Be gentle with yourself. As Joyce Meyer says, “Patience is not simply the ability to wait—it’s how we behave while we’re waiting.” Small steps can create lasting change.
As a faith-based counselor, I believe each person has God-given strengths and gifts that bring purpose and joy. My role is to offer a compassionate, welcoming space to walk alongside you toward healing, hope, and a more fulfilling life.
Helping individuals and families build healthier, happier lives is truly my passion and an honor. Life today can feel overwhelming, with increasing pressures and fewer resources, and sometimes the people we rely on most are far away. What we really need in those moments is connection, understanding, and a true sense of belonging.
I feel privileged to walk alongside you through both challenges and celebrations, providing a compassionate space where growth, healing, and hope are possible.
Outside of my practice, I have four wonderful sons, a lively house full of animals, and a deep love for the beautiful Pacific Northwest and the Oregon Coast. Life is full of joy, chaos, and everything in between—and I’m grateful to share the journey with you.
