Hello friends! 

My name is Jennifer Purington, a media specialist with a Bachelor of Arts in Digital Arts and Sciences from the University of Florida. I thrive on crafting brand strategies that infuse fun and establish authentic connections with audiences. I firmly believe that authenticity is essential in fostering meaningful connections with people.

Presently, I am a part time game designer, developer, and artist at the University of Florida, where I aim to leverage video games to provide an immersive and uniquely authentic approach to educating students about various historical periods. However, since this position is part-time, I am also looking to utilize my empathy and creativity for roles in graphic design, brand strategy, and social media management. I love to exercise my creative muscles whenever I can. 

I am Hootsuite certified and have over five years of experience using Adobe Creative Cloud. My digital marketing background includes creating carousel posts for Dance Marathon at the University of Florida, the largest student-run and highest-fundraising philanthropy in the southeastern United States. I also have three years of 3D modeling experience and over four years of game development expertise. Additionally, I bring strong proficiency in UX/UI design, demonstrated through my role as a website designer for my college’s UI/UX club and my internship with a social media startup called "Cherry."
