I am a tenure-track faculty member in Instructional Technology and Workforce Development.
My research explores how emerging technologies drive organizational change and support workforce development in the era of digital transformation. I am also expanding my research to examine the ethical use of artificial intelligence, as well as the policy, legal, and regulatory frameworks that guide its responsible implementation.
