She graduated from Karunya University, Coimbatore, in Electronics and Communication Engineering with First Class, Distinction. She has obtained her M.E in VLSI Design from Vel Tech Multi Tech Engineering College, Anna University, with First class. She has researched “High-speed computation in VLSI circuits” at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Anna University, Chennai, India, and filed a patent. She got the Young Researcher Award for the same work from the MSME, Govt of India. Currently, she is working as an Assistant Professor at M.A.M College of Engineering and Technology, Trichy.
Her research has led to the publication of 1 Indian patent and more than 10 research papers in SCI and SCOPUS international journals. She has also presented her research work at more than 10 international and national level conferences. She attended more than 20 workshops relevant to her research area.
She is a member of some technical bodies like ACM digital library, IETE council (INDIA), IEANG, Internet Security (Chapter member), etc. Besides, she is a recognized reviewer of Publon with ID K-1958-2019. Also, she is acting as a peer reviewer of the International Journal of Advanced Robotic Systems and Measurements and control (SAGE Publishing) journals and others. Also, she is an Editorial member of the Americal Journal of Electrical and Computer Engineering. Furthermore, she joined as a technical committee member in more than ten reputed conferences abroad.
As a VLSI engineer, it is challenging to do the computation even faster and even more economical. It’s inspired her to do some research in the field of DSP applications like MAC (multiplier-accumulator), filtering, and convolution. And other exciting areas are Nanoscale device modeling and simulation such as FinFET, CNFET, and TFET technology and optimize the VLSI circuits. Moreover, she is interested in the Number Theory system, particularly the Residue Number system and Logarithmic Number system for the Floating-point arithmetic computation. Additionally, she has fantasy research on Time Travel through Quantum Engineering.
