Peer Review Policy

The submission is only processed online via the journal’s website (http:// www.asjp.cerist.dz/en/PresentationRevue/63) All manuscripts submitted to this journal must follow focus and scope, and author guidelines of this journal. The research article submitted to this journal will be peer-reviewed at least 2 (two) or more expert reviewers. Final decision of articles acceptance will be made by Editors according to reviewers comments.

The journal of Economics and Management uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa. In this context the journal follows steps to ensure that the article is correctly prepared for double anonymized peer review as follow :

• The journal’s secretariat creates a new field for the research paper after removing all authors' names and affiliations, a complete address for the corresponding author, including an e-mail address.

• The journal’s secretariat forwards the article to members of the editorial board in order to appoint reviewers, specialized in the field of the research paper.

• The research paper is forwarded to the reviewers using the double-blind review process;

• The final decision whether or not to accept the research paper for publication is made based on the recommendations made by the reviewers.

يتم تقديم المقالات لمجلة العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التسيير حصرا عن طريق المنصة الجزائرية للمجلات العلمية، من خلال رابط صفحتها الآتي:

• على المؤلفين الإطلاع على ملفات المجلة من خلال الروابط "مجالات المجلة، دليل الملفين، تعليمات المؤلفين، من اجل الإحاطة بشروط النشر في مجلة العلوم الاقتصادية وعلوم التسيير؛

• تخضع المقالات والأبحاث المقدمة للنشر بالمجلة للتحكيم السري من خلال الاعتماد على عملية مراجعة النظراء، مما يعني إخفاء هوية المؤلف عن المراجعين ، والعكس صحيح.، وفي هذا السياق تتبع المجلة خطوات لضمان إعداد المقالة بشكل صحيح لمراجعة النظراء المجهولين على النحو التالي:

• انشاء نسخة جديدة للورقة البحثية المحملة من موقع المجلة (على أن تكون هذه النسخة معماه)، وذلك بعد التأكد من استيفائها لمعايير التنسيق الخاصة بالمجلة، مع استبعاد أسماء المؤلفين، انتماءاتهم أو أي معلومات أخرى تدل على شخصياتهم؛

• يتم تحويل النسخة المحملة إلى أعضاء هيئة التحرير لتعيين مراجعين متخصصين في مجال الورقة البحثية؛

• يتم ارسال النسخة المعماه إلى عدد 02 أو أكثر من المحكمين المتخصصين في مجال الورقة البحثية لابداء رأيهم بخصوصها؛

• يتم اتخاذ القرار النهائي بقبول الورقة البحثية للنشر من عدمه بناءا على التوصيات المقدمة من طرف المحكمين.
