Article Evaluation Process

The article will be received if it complies with all conditions, including respect for the journal's template, if it doesn’t, the article is administratively rejected.

The author must verify the authenticity of the data for all research participants: search address, name and surname, degree, email, order of each researcher in the article, summarized at least two languages, one in the article language and another in a foreign language.

The researchers who are involved in the article should confirm their ownership to the article through the automated letter they receive entitled: Submission Confirmation if the ownership is not confirmed by all participants in the article during 15 days, the article administratively will be rejected.

if the author complies with the publication requirements, the anonymous article is directs to the double evaluation by the editor, who in turn sends it to two reviewers in order to evaluate it.

After receiving the reviewers’ report, the editorial board’s decision to accept the article for publication or not is in accordance with the following cases:

In the case of accepting the article with reservation, the researcher must make the required adjustments and resend it through the special icon.

If the search is finally accepted, the author will be notified of this, so he can ask for a promising certificate to publish after including the references through the special icon in his account. If not, the author will be informed of this.

Accepting the article doesn’t mean that it will be published in the following issue immediately, but will be programmed according to priority.

Accepting the article doesn’t mean that they will publish it as it is, the editorial and the language review boards play a role in revising the article from language errors if they are few.
