Ms. Kepley

Greetings Parents!

I am Ms. Janna Kepley, your child’s Science teacher!  I look forward to working with you and your child for the rest of the year. 

In case I did not get to meet you at Back to School night, allow me to tell you a little bit about myself. I have a Masters degree in Environmental Science and a Bachelors in Biology Education, both from Florida Atlantic University. I completed a teaching internship at Santaluces Community High School, and have taught Middle School (8th grade) and High School (9-10) in Florida and New Jersey. I currently teach IB MYP  Integrated Science and IB DP Biology in Amsterdam, Netherlands. 

I believe that every child can enjoy learning. Every child can be successful. Sometimes it may take developing a particular skill or finding a child’s particular passion, and my goal is to create an environment conducive to learning and growth, and help children cultivate critical thinking skills. 

If you would like to meet me to discuss your child's performance or any other problems that they are facing in class, I am available in person or virtually by appointment. I can be reached at my school email and through Google Classroom.
