Resource Person – Guiding Women Entrepreneurs: Market Analysis Workshop {Ministry of Women's Affairs, Rehabilitation, Social Services, Cooperatives, Food Supply & Distribution, Industries and Enterprise Promotion, and Trade & Commerce at the Jaffna District Secretariat.}

On 08.09.2025, I had the privilege of serving as a Resource Person at a full-day workshop for women entrepreneurs hosted by the Ministry of Women's Affairs, Rehabilitation, Social Services, Cooperatives, Food Supply & Distribution, Industries and Enterprise Promotion, and Trade & Commerce at the Jaffna District Secretariat. The workshop provided a platform to address the real challenges faced by women entrepreneurs. I guided participants with practical solutions to overcome these challenges and take confident steps toward growing their businesses.

During the Roundtable Business Clinic: Empowering Women Entrepreneurs to Master Market Analysis, we explored strategies to:

• Analyze markets effectively

• Make informed business decisions

• Drive sustainable business growth

It was inspiring to engage with passionate entrepreneurs dedicated to building stronger, more competitive businesses, and I am grateful for the opportunity to support their journey toward success.

Resource Person – Digital Marketing Workshops for MSMEs { International Labour Organisation (ILO) & Industry Development Board (IDB)}

Conducted digital marketing training workshops for MSMEs across Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Mullaitivu, and Vavuniya districts, providing practical insights on digital strategies to enhance business growth and digital presence in the region.

She delivered sessions in Mullaitivu (21st March), Kilinochchi (26th March), Jaffna (28th March), and Vavuniya (2nd April) 2025.

Resource Person – Capacity Building & Mentorship for Women-Led Enterprises - PAVE Project, 2025 { International Labour Organisation (ILO) 

Conducted digital marketing training workshops for MSMEs across Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Mullaitivu, Mannar and Vavuniya districts, providing practical insights on digital strategies to enhance business growth and digital presence in the region.

She conducted digital marketing training workshops for MSMEs in Jaffna (21st May), Kilinochchi (16th & 23rd May), Mannar (3rd June), and Vavuniya (13th June) 2025
