  3. What other feelings did you see here?

  4. When was a time you felt like the bull? What helped you?

Mindfulness is learning to be present and not worry about the future or dwell on the past. I know that's hard when times like this are very uncertain. It's important to take some time to focus yourself and create a sense of calm. Please take a few minutes to complete these 5 steps and practice a little mindfulness today.
