Your task is to come up with a diagnosis for the cases presented to you.

There are 4 phases of completing the diagnosis. In each phase we will try to achieve the following:

Meet Lilly

Lilly, is a 2.5 year old girl, with delayed growth.

She was underweight at birth.

She has a webbed neck,

A low hairline at the back of the neck, and

Swelling (lymphedema) of the hands and feet (puffy fingers)
