After conducting an analysis of the current environment utilizing focus groups and an org-wide employee experience survey, it was determined employees needed ways to feel seen, heard, and appreciated. The effort included visuals cues such as inclusive signs, flags, and thank you cards, as well designing and hosting events, and facilitating a monthly nomination process to feature of employees selected by their peers.
