Ag Business Foundations

In this class we will explore the process of starting and running a business along with incorporating Next Generation Personal Finance skills. Study recordkeeping, business structures, financial documents, measures of business health, risk management, and developing a business plan through hands-on activities, projects, and problems. In addition we’ll engage in opportunities to assess our personal finance knowledge of behavioral economics, banking, investing, types of and the management of credit. Conclude the course by developing a complete business plan and pitching that plan to others.
