When you dine at JD's private kitchen, the whole evening is really about the experience as well as the food. Chef James Diamond will present each course, telling stories about the ingredients, and on occasion, their connection to a memory from his childhood in the Bronx, NY. *Please note it is referral-only private kitchen.

Chef James Diamond is here to make people happy and enjoy with food and his music.

It is his cultural heritage that fills with endless inspiration, and his favorite ingredients, fruits and spices. It all started when the Bronx, New York native took an interest in the goings-on of the kitchen in his childhood home.

He is a multi-talented and creative musician, producer, writer and vocalist with “old school” abilities and experience seldom matched in today’s music market and extremely passionate about cooking.
