John has been a carpenter, remodeler, and repairman for 25 years and loves the challenge of restoring homes and homeowners' smiles. He is able to address a wide range of repair and remodeling needs as well as maintenance projects large and small. He always keeps the long-term goals of preserving, conserving, and smart investment in mind.

From a young age, building tree houses, designing  soap box derby cars, and restoring vintage cars, John has possessed a rare passion for artistry and functional integrity. As a craftsman, John always "goes the extra mile" to create custom results designed to bring joy and built to last a lifetime. His work as a home inspector (Farm Bureau Insurance and South Carolina Wind and Hail  (2012-2019)) helped develop his thorough understanding of underlying structural, safety and maintenance issues.
