We're eating and cooking a lot more at home during isolation, so why not enjoy a favorite decadent treat made healthier with a couple of simple swaps? Ms. E shares an easy cookie recipe that comes together in under 20 minutes.

1 cup almond flour
2 tablespoons semi sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons powdered sweetener
1/4 teaspoon salt
2-3 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons coconut oil
1/8 teaspoon baking soda.
Mix all the dry ingredients together along with the chocolate chips, then add the wet ingredients. Dough makes about 5 large cookies and 10 small ones. Place on parchment lined baking sheet and baked at 325 degrees for 10-15 minutes and enjoy!
