[Research Project #1] Development of Polymer Dielectric Materials and Organic/Inorganic Hybrid Dielectric Materials

A dielectric layer plays a critical role in the operation of various electronic devices including thin-film transistors (TFTs). We are developing mechanically flexible, or even stretchable polymer dielectric materials and their hybrid form with inorganic materials for future soft electronics.

[Research Project #4] Development of Vapor-Phase Deposition Process and Functional Polymer Materials

To obtain high-purity, defect-free polymer films, we are developing vapor-phase deposition method, termed initiated chemical vapor deposition (iCVD) process. By using iCVD process, functional polymer films are being developed for various applications such as dielectric layers, electrical doping and lithographic patterning.
