JOLLY CHILDREN ACADEMIC CENTER INC is open to accept student applicants who wishes to avail the services of the school provided that he/she meets the requirements and regulation set forth.

However, the school reserves its right to deny admission or re-admission of students under certain conditions. All students must abide with the rules and regulations of the school, and shall settle accounts accordingly.

BASIC APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

All transferees and returning students must submit the following requirements
Original copy of Report Card
Copies of NSO/PSA Birth Certificate or Baptismal Certificate
Good Moral Character
2 ID Pictures (1x1)

1. Get an Application form from the school office.

3. Pay the Entrance Examination fee and get the receipt and Examination Permit.

4. Take the Interview/Entrance exam on the scheduled date, by presenting the Exam Permit.

1. All Students should submit the Reservation Form together with recent ID picture and down payment.
2. Submit the previous years report card on the day of enrollment.
3. All accounts should be settled on the date set.
4. The school reserves the right to refuse late enrollment.
