JOLLY CHILDREN ACADEMIC CENTER INC. is a non-sectarian and non-profit institution that offers quality, affordable and accessible education services to its clientele throughout the years. The school had received its Government Recognition No. K-089, s. 2019 for Kinder to Grade 6 and Government Permit No. S-1026 for Junior High School, respectively, which would mean of the school's adherence to the Department of Education's (DepEd) norms and standards to a quality and accessible education to all. Jolly Children Academic Center, Inc. is a child-friendly school that serves as your second school homes. It is understood that once you come to this school, your children are not only expected solely on training and improving their minds, but also developing the heart and will to become a learner who can stand alone on their own feet, and equipped with the knowledge, skills, and values inculcated among themselves.
It is the school's belief that education is a preparation of every child for life here and there after. Therefore, our school provides them with the basic to advance, and most appropriate means for adopting themselves to new situations of learning. There are facilities and amenities designed to give full and value-added support to the learning environment of our students ensuring that every child can read, write and count in preparation for elementary schooling up to the next level of learning; and of course, foster mental, physical and emotional abilities for them to become independent, productive, and self-propelling learners.
Learning is a continuous process, and it is understood by the school to keep itself abreast with the new educational trends on the teaching-learning process that will enable both teachers and learners with their needs towards education excellence. This mantra shall be uphold as the school upgrade to its service to its clientele.
The Jolly Children Academic Center views a child as a unique individual bestowed with innate talent and intellect. These must be tapped, developed and enhance to prepare them for tougher experience in life.
The Center can help mold the child’s mental, physical and emotional learning capabilities and well-being for growth and development. It views every teacher in the classroom as
a catalyst of learning. Thus, learning must come from the child through the teacher as a facilitator of positive change. As such, the Discovery approach is believed to be a better ways for children to learn easily and effectively.
The Center believes that parents are still and should be the primary educates of their children. And that holistic learning comes from the school, the home and the environment where children are regularly exposed to.

The Jolly Children Academic Center is a preparatory educational institution dedicated to create a caring and nurturing environment conclusive for proactive learning self-awareness and social realization among the pupils.
Specifically, its mission is for every child or pupil to be:
1. Intellectually prepared to enter elementary school.
2. Motivated towards learning that is right for their age.
3. Prepared and ready to socialize and be a part of the society.
· To foster mental, physical and emotional abilities for them to become independent, productive and self-propelling learners.
· To inculcate moral values in such a way that the pupils would become responsible citizens.
· Ensure that every child or pupil can read, write and count before in preparation for elementary schooling up to the next level of their learning.
· Prepare and motivate the children and pupils for a continuing process of quality education.
· Instill in every child a high sense of respect for their co-learners, their mentors, their parents and other people as part of character molding.
· To create an atmosphere that will encourage the parents to be actively involved in the teaching and learning process of their children.
