• We are compliant with Northern Bruce Peninsula Township STA REGULATIONS and 4% accommodation tax

• None Compliance can cause us to loose our liecence and / or fines or your immediate eviction, please read  and understand the rules & regulations

• ONE pet allowed, $75 per week with restrictions

• $150 One time cleaning fee per stay will apply

• MAXIMUM 6 people; MAXIMUM 3 vehicles; excessive noise or loud parties are not permitted

• ONLY Guests are permitted in Cottage

• CHECK IN - after 3:00 PM

• CHECK OUT - before 10:00 AM

CANCELLATION POLICY

• 60 days or more notice, 100% refund

• 30 days or more notice, 50% refundable

• A $250 administration fee will apply

COTTAGE RULES

• CLEAN UP AFTER YOUR PET

• NO SMOKING

• Always put garbage DAILY in BEAR proof bin by road & LOCK

• Fires must be dead out before retiring from designated areas and never leave unintended at anytime.  We do not allow axes on property as it becomes a saftey issue. Note our wood on site gets wet and does not burn well, we recommend purchasing DRY wood in Lions Head, $20 for 3 bags

• Do not split any wood ON STONE DECK, it's fragile & easily damaged

• WOOD STOVE USE: Must be discussed with owner on how to use and disposal of ashes. It is important to use only hard wood to prevent creosote build up in stove pipes, creosote build-up increases risk of fire. Please clean up stove after use!

• BARBECUE; brush grill after each use so not to attract wildlife

• DO NOT LEAVE food or peanuts exposed inside cottage, red squirrels will chew through screens to get to food, especially peanuts even in a closed plastic bag

• This COTTAGE operates on a SEPTIC SYSTEM,   DO NOT put anything (NO PAPER TOWEL, KLEENEX, TAMPONS, MATCHES, HAIR, GREASE, STRONG CHEMICALS, etc.) down the toilet other than natural waste and toilet paper

• On departure have dishes & pots cleaned & garbage in BEAR bin by road with red flag up

• E-Transfer or credit Card payment of 50%  payable in advance to J&B Cottages on the Rocks to secure booking, once received you will be sent a confirmation of your stay

• Balance and Security Deposit of ($450) is due 14 days prior to stay -  Entry will not be permitted without it
