At JBT, we give users full control over their data. You can delete your account at any time directly within the app.
Open the JBT app.
Go to Profile > Delete Account.
Confirm your choice.
Your account and associated data will be permanently deleted.
When you delete your account, the following will be permanently removed from our systems:
Your account credentials (email used for authentication).
Your personal profile information (real name, if provided).
Your reservation history.
Any QR check-in records linked to your account.
Technical logs (such as crash reports, analytics, and error data collected via Firebase) may remain for up to 30 days after deletion for security and troubleshooting.
Anonymized usage data (not linked to your identity) may be kept for analytics and service improvement.
Certain data may be retained if required by law or regulation.
