'반도체장비 국제표준화 공동연구회 발족' 최첨단 장비 국제표준 선점 추진
사무국은 IEC TC47/SCF(MEMS) 국제위원장을 맡고 있는 좌성훈 서울과학기술대 지능형반도체공학과 교수, IEC TC47 인큐베이팅작업반(IWG) 국제의장을 맡고 있는 차철웅 한국전자기술연구원 센터장을 주축으로 운영한다. 연구회에는 박인성 한양대 교수, 배준호 가천대 교수, 강경태 생산기술연구원 본부장 등 약 30명 분야별 기술·표준화 전문가가 표준화 작업·자문위원으로 참여한다.

가천대학교, 아이엘사이언스와 차세대 이차전지소재 개발 산학협력 협약
기존 리튬이온 배터리를 넘어선 차세대 ‘꿈의 이차전지’로 불리는 전고체 배터리는 전기를 흐르게 하는 배터리 양극과 음극 사이의 전해질이 고체이기 때문에 충격에 의한 누액이나 발화 가능성이 낮아 안전하다.이번 협약식은 가천대학교 윤원중 부총장과 윤영수, 이준섭, 한재희, Dimpul Konwar, 교수(이상 신소재공학과) 및 배준호 교수(바이오나노대학 물리학과)와 아이엘사이언스 송성근 대표와 관련 임원진이 참석했다.
