"He is able to handle individuals as well as a group class with different diganoses and at different stages of their development. He would draw up extensive notes in his assessment after a student's trial lessons, and in his progress report mid-term as well as end-of-term. Parents have given very positive feedback in their interactions with Mr Tang and are very impressed with his expertise and care for their children. During the lockdown period in Singapore, Mr Tang prepared a music plan for every student, meant to guide parents in continuing their music therapy sessions at home or online."

"Jonathan had a great deal of insight in his work as a music therapist. He was conscientious about the services he provided and the way he gave feedback and suggestions to his peers. He was a very effective therapist and was able to pick up on subtle details that helped me to better meet patient and families in the moment and increase his efficacy during sessions. He was a very understanding, collaborative, and supportive treatment team member. This made him easy to work with and his contributions and input to the team were highly valued."
