Our very shy cat warmed up to her right away, and she really meets each animal where they are and loves them in the way they need.

Jayliana did house and pet sitting for my grown son Ty, who has numerous birds and other little pets. She was there 6 days and did an exceptional job, with great communication throughout. I was on the text thread, Ty didn’t want to chance missing an update. She texted photos/videos and asked occasional questions to make sure she was feeding the right food to each pet for example. She took good notes and was always accurate, but it’s good to double-check! Not sure Ty will get around to writing a review but I can say Ty was very happy, and will use her services again! Arrived home after 4 days away to a happy dog, clean house, and all was well. It was nice to know that Jay was there to keep company with our beloved pup. We have already booked for the next time! Thank you Jay.

Jayliana is an amazing kitty sitter! She stayed with my two wonderful, and somewhat demanding, cats for a week, and did a fabulous job keeping up with their specific diets and needs. She was very clear and communicative with me before, during and after her stay. She miraculously charmed both of them into accepting cuddles and pets, played with them to keep them happy and busy, and left my house spotless. I'll hire her again anytime I need cat care. I am beyond impressed with the care Jayliana (Jay) provided for my 2 dogs and 2 cats. She even brought out the best in my most skittish and shyest cat. To the point that he rolled over for her and showed his belly. She is punctual, professional, and kept me updated with daily pictures, videos and messages, which really put my mind at ease. My pets seemed happy, well-fed, and calm when I returned—almost like I had never left! I appreciated how Jay followed all my instructions regarding feeding, their normal schedules (i.e. play time, bed time, etc.) and medication administration to the letter. She even went above and beyond, making sure the house was tidy when I got back. I would highly recommend Jayliana to anyone looking for a reliable and caring pet sitter. I will definitely be booking her again for future trips. If I could, I would give her 50 stars!

Jayliana has been our pet sitter for the last year+. She has taken care of our dogs and treated them like family . She follows the routine that we ask and our home is well taken care also ! She has done both longer and short stays at our home, as well as drop in walking. She is caring and always on point with pictures , updates and reached out with any questions. We were scrambling to book a sitter for our pups when we had to make last minute travel plans for work. Jayliana was quick to respond and confirmed her availability. Our pups immediately warmed up to her and we were very impressed with her ability to get our antisocial cat to play and cuddle with her. Jayliana was very attentive to our pups needs and communicated frequently with updates for peace of mind. She even sent us pictures and videos which made us feel like we were back home with our fur babies! Hi, I have had Jayliana watch my young pup boxer a few times. He has had a great experience with her. From ball tossing to playing out back, she keeps him active and engaged. Jayliana is always arriving on time and often willing to stay a bit later if needed. I will continue having her watch my pup and feel aafe with him in her care!

Jayliana is a wonderful Pet Sitter. She has watched my Great Dane in my home several times. We had a meet and greet and a joint dog walk before her first stay. My dog immediately took to her. He is now very excited to see her walk in the door! Jayliana is very professional, confident, attentive, and asks all the right questions. I feel I am now able go away and feel comfortable that my dog and my home are going to be well taken care of. I was sent updates and pictures daily. When I got home, my house was very neat and tidy. The dog had been walked and fed, and he was calm and content. She swept the kitchen floor and wiped down all the counters. It was a very nice way to come home. I absolutely recommend her to anyone.
