Deposit & Payment
A 50% deposit is required to reserve booking dates
The remaining balance is due the first day of the sit
Dates are not reserved or held until a deposit is received. All bookings are first come, first served.
Reschedules, Cancellations, & Refunds
Client Cancellations: If canceled more than 3 weeks before booking, 50% of the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations within 3 weeks of the booking are nonrefundable.
Sitter Cancellations: Full deposit refund (In most cases, see Disclosure below)
Rescheduling: One reschedule allowed within a reasonable time frame. Reschedules requested too far from original dates may be treated as a cancellation.
Rescheduling Larger Sittings: Because longer stays require significant calendar blocking, major date changes may be treated as a cancellation and rebooking.
Full Disclosure Requirement
Clients must fully disclose all Information that affects the booking, including but not limited to:
*Anyone staying in or regularly entering the home during the sit
*Pet conditions, medications, or special needs
*Behavioral concerns (aggressions, anxiety, etc.)
*Home conditions that affect my safety and comfort
IMPORTANT: If any critical information is withheld that impacts the sit, I reserve the right to cancel the booking. Deposits will not be refunded in this case.
