a) Open the Income Tax e-filing portal - https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/
b) Register on it (if not already done). Your PAN (Permanent Account Number) will be your user id.
c) Log in by entering the User ID, password and date of birth.
d) A pop up window will appear, prompting you to link your PAN with Aadhaar. If not, go to ‘Profile Settings’ on Menu bar and click on ‘Link Aadhaar’.
e) Details such as name date of birth and gender will already be mentioned as per the PAN details.
f) Verify the PAN details on screen with the ones mentioned on your Aadhaar. Pls. note that if there is a mismatch, you need to get the same corrected in either of the documents.
g) If the details match, enter your Aadhaar number and click on the “link now” button.
h) A pop-up message will inform you that your Aadhaar has been successfully linked to your PAN
i) You may also visit https://www.egov-nsdl.co.in/ to link your PAN and Aadhaar.

1 Obtain director identification number (DIN) on-line (within a day)
2 Obtain digital signature certificate on-line (within 5 days)
3 Reserve the company name with the Registrar of Companies (ROC) on-line (within 2 days)
4 Stamp the company documents either at the Superintendent or an authorized bank (within a day)
5 Present the required documents along with the registration fee to the Registrar of Companies to get the certificate of incorporation (within a week)
6 Make a seal (within a day)
7 Visit an authorized franchise or agent appointed by National Securities Depository Services Limited (NSDL) or Unit Trust of India (UTI) Investors Services Ltd to obtain a Permanent Account Number (PAN) (within a week)
*8 Obtain a tax account number for income taxes deducted at source from the Assessing Office in the Mumbai Income Tax Department
*9 Register with Office of Inspector, Mumbai Shops and Establishment Act
*10 Register for VAT before the Sales Tax Officer of the ward in which the company is located
*11 Register for profession tax
*12 Register with Employees' Provident Fund Organization
*13 Register for medical insurance (ESIC)
